I am so impressed with this place! Having a pregnant wife at home who is sensitive to smells first thing in the morning, it's been imperative that I seek nutrition outside of my house to start my day. I initially only came to Greenleaf because they're the only ones who open at 7:30am, but after coming here for a month to get a smoothie every morning, I keep coming back because the people are so dope! Seriously, every single person who works at this location is enjoyable to buy a smoothie from. I tend to be really talkative first thing in the morning and it's easy for me to overwhelm people, but I always feel right at home when ordering here. All of the smoothies smack too! I've tried each of their base smoothies on the menu and they're all incredible. Very obviously fresh (and visible, huge plus) produce and ingredients, lots of care in to preparation and cleanliness, and altogether just a great vibe to help yourself to. Treat yourself to this place!! The only downside is you might have to make extra time in your mornings to get yourself a smoothie!! No pictures attached to this review because I always finish my smoothie before I even look at my phone. 15/10 best smoothie in downtown PDX, bar none!

Stopped by here to get some work done. It’s a small location but they have Wi-Fi and tables to sit at. The oatmeal was so good! It was the perfect flavor, the green drinks are also so good, fresh made. Staff was really kind and was so helpful to make sure I found something I loved, it’s not super busy or loud. I’ll definitely stop by again to have a healthy start and get some work done.

There is a lot of options in this small shop! Staff was helpful and steered me in the right direction in what would taste good and what would do good for me with what I was looking for. I got this ginger, orange and something else shot! It was good, and the strawberry was a nicer chaser. They have so many smoothies and juices! Holy cow. They make you a fresh juice or you can grab something from the cooler. They also have some food options! What??!! Amazing!

Former employee here, for those that don't know for a long time one location was in charge of making and distributing Almond Butter to all 4 locations. It had been brought to mine & the district manager (Christina) attention that they were having issues taking apart the machine to clean it. They also mentioned since they had been hired at GL the machine hadn't been cleaned not once so roughly 2.5 - 3 years without proper cleaning. Christina made absolutely zero attempt to find any solutions to this issue so, one of the employees from my location took it apon themselves to go get the machine and attempt to take it apart for cleaning. Apon disassembling the machine we noticed maggots were literally falling out as we took it apart. We were mortified, the district manager Christina seemed to not have a care in the world over the situation and clearly wanted us to keep that information to ourselves. So just remember when you go to Green Leaf the person in charge of all the locations knowingly served maggot Almond Butter and probably still continues to do so. Also take note if you have a nut allergy you might want to stay away from GL, they do not care.

One employee working, place was not ready at all to serve. Pre ordered my drinks and nothing was ready when I showed up. 3 other parties was in front when o arrived and their orders weren’t started yet ether. Need more help and need to work faster. If someone is coming in around 0800 their probably on their way to work which is why we pre order ahead before showing up.
